Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact shopheathercherie@gmail.com, and we will do our best to find a solution. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Personalized jewelry is final sale, but please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it or repair it.
Please keep in mind that the same items and materials may not be available since each shop opening is a release of limited edition pieces.
If you need to submit a return, email shopheathercherie@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
